My Social Agent provides AI-powered social media content creation and management tools. The Service allows users to generate, schedule, and publish content to various social media platforms.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, or generate using the Service. This includes but is not limited to images, videos, text, logos, slogans, brand names, and any other materials.

Disclaimer: My Social Agent does not verify the ownership or licensing status of content uploaded or created by users. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement, trademark violations, or other intellectual property disputes arising from your use of the Service.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My Social Agent, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content or your violation of these Terms.
Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, infringes on intellectual property rights or violates these Terms, without prior notice to you.
The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party platforms.
Video generation is paid for with credits, purchased in advance. One credit covers one standard eight-second video. Shorter videos cost proportionately less, and the exact cost is shown to you before you confirm each generation.
Generation is performed by third-party AI providers. The Service creates your video using external artificial intelligence services that we do not own or operate. We have no control over their availability, processing times, capacity, pricing, or the specific output they return, and they may change, degrade, or withdraw their services at any time without notice to us. Where such a provider is unavailable or delayed, generation may fail or take longer than usual.
Output is probabilistic, and a delivered video consumes its credit. AI video generation is not deterministic: the same prompt can produce materially different results on different runs, and the result is a matter of subjective taste. Provided a video is generated and made available to you, the credit for it is consumed — including where you consider the result to be poor quality, off-brief, unrealistic, or otherwise not what you hoped for. Generating another version is a new generation and costs a further credit. We do not warrant that any particular output will be fit for your intended commercial purpose, suitable for publication, or free of visual artefacts or inaccuracies.
Content moderation. Our providers apply their own automated safety and content filters, which may reject a prompt or refuse to return a video for reasons outside our control and which we cannot always explain or predict. A generation rejected by a provider's filters before any video is produced is treated as a failed generation under the paragraph below.
Failed generations are refunded in full. If a generation fails and no video is delivered to you, we return the credits reserved for it to your balance automatically. You are not charged for a video you did not receive. Any cost we incur from our providers in respect of a failed generation is ours to bear, not yours.
Credit expiry. Credits expire ninety (90) days after the date of purchase and are not transferable between accounts. Credit packs are one-off purchases rather than subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. Prices are listed in United States dollars; your payment provider may convert to your local currency at checkout.
Beta and changes. The Service is under active development. We may change the underlying AI models, providers, generation limits, or the number of credits a generation costs. Where a change increases the credit cost of a generation, it will apply only to generations you start after the change takes effect.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law, to the extent it cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we are permitted to limit rather than exclude our liability, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the affected services or paying the cost of having them resupplied. Nothing in these Terms is intended to suggest you are not entitled to a remedy where the law provides one.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
